Scope of this notice
This policy applies to personal data received by TOGES SERV SRL when a person contacts us for information, a quotation, professional cooperation or the delivery of a project, whether by email, telephone or through the form available on this website.
Personal data we may process
Depending on the enquiry, we may process your name, the company you represent, telephone number, email address, project location, the description of the required services or documentation, and any other information or files you choose to provide.
We do not request special categories of personal data through the form. Please do not send sensitive data or personal information that is not necessary for the assessment of your project.
The current form does not store your enquiry in a website database. On submission, it opens your email application with a prepared message; TOGES SERV receives the information only if you send that email.
Purposes and legal bases
- to answer your enquiry, assess the project and prepare a quotation or contract — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or in order to perform it;
- to manage professional communications, organise our work and protect our rights — the company’s legitimate interests;
- to comply with tax, accounting and other statutory requirements — compliance with a legal obligation;
- where we ask separately for your agreement — consent, which may be withdrawn for the future.
Who may receive the data
Personal data may be accessed, strictly where necessary, by TOGES SERV personnel, contractual specialists involved in assessing or delivering the project, and providers used for email, hosting, IT maintenance or archiving. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place only under the conditions and safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
How long we retain the data
Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are generally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless a justified reason requires a longer period. Data relating to contracts, technical documentation, invoices or disputes is retained for the periods required by law and for as long as necessary to perform the contract or protect the company’s rights.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Cookies and technical data
In its current configuration, this website does not use proprietary audience analytics, behavioural advertising or profiling tools, and it does not place optional marketing cookies. The hosting infrastructure may process technical data and use mechanisms strictly necessary for security, page delivery and operation of the service.
If we later enable analytics, embedded third-party content or other non-essential technologies, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are activated.
Security and updates
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks of processing. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free; we therefore recommend that you send only the information that is necessary.
We may update this policy if the website, our services or the applicable legal requirements change. The current version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
